Mesa law firm seeking full-time divorce/family law paralegal. A minimum of
5 years as a divorce/family law paralegal is required. Applicants must be
organized, motivated, self-monitoring, able to handle relatively heavy
caseload, able to follow direction, and proficient with MS Word and time
keeping software. Applicants must be proficient with all aspects of a
divorce/family law practice, including, meeting, speaking and working with
clients, preparation of pleadings, motions, discovery, trial notebooks,
organization of exhibits, transcription of documents/letters,
calendaring/docketing court dates, legal research, and trial/hearing
preparation. Applicants must be able to work well with others (i.e.,
clients, co-workers, court staff, etc.). Salary is negotiable and depends
on experience. Range of salary is $42,000 - $52,000 per year.
