Established med mal defense firm needs 1 or 2 full-time attorneys and 1
full time nurse consultant.
Attorneys: Competitive salary, bonus potential, 401K, profit sharing,
health insurance and perk package. Requirements: Admitted to AZ bar and 2
to 5 years of litigation practice in AZ, with experience in insurance
defense or plaintiffs PI. Experience taking physician and/or physician
expert depositions. Med mal and trial experience in AZ a plus. Excellent
writing skills, hard worker and team player a must. This is an opportunity
that involves client contact in person and in writing, significant
responsibility in complex med mal litigation and the potential for
advancement in the firm.
