Well-Established personal injury law firm, located in downtown Jackson,
needs an experienced personal injury attorney to start immediately. Must
have heavy litigation experience in the area of personal injury
(specifically automobile accidents). Trial experience and experience in
settlement negotiations are preferred. Must be able to draft lawsuits,
discovery requests and responses, pre-trial and post-trial motions, jury
instructions, etc. A working knowledge of minor settlements, worker's
compensation, and estates are helpful.
