Hire Counsel seeks an Attorney with experience drafting and negotiating vendor contracts to assist our client, a boutique law firm, with reviewing a variety of vendor contracts for financial institutions. This role will involve reviewing contracts for compliance with applicable state laws and providing suggestions for revisions.

Responsibilities of the Vendor Contract Attorney:

Review vendor and technology contracts for small and mid-sized financial institutions for compliance with applicable state laws and provide summary of suggested revisions


Qualifications for the Successful Vendor Contract Attorney:

Bar membership: Wisconsin
JD: Required
5+ years' experience reviewing and drafting vendor contracts with understanding of state specific requirements
Experience drafting agreements for financial institutions is required

Project Details:

Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $100 per contract
Hours: Part-time, as needed (10+ hours per month)
Work will be performed remotely
