Attorney needed to review contracts and ensure that the contracts are in
compliance with stated requirements and to discuss the terms/conditions of
said contracts with debtors who are accessing this option in lieu of filing
bankruptcy.
The anticipated need is for 3 to 5 hours daily up to 5 days a week. The
hours can be performed at your leisure and location of your choice provided
you have internet and telephonic access. Attorney must reside in the state
where they are licensed to practice. We have need in: Delaware.
