Newly formed firm seeks attorney with 1-3 years of experience and licensed
in Colorado . Prefer candidates with demonstrated courtroom experience
(e.g., arguing motions, appearing at arraignments) with a criminal defense
and/or a civil rights background and excellent research and writing skills.
Transactional or business-related skills a plus but not required.
Attorney will work in two distinct areas. First, they will be responsible
for representing parties in front of a local drug and truancy court
approximately 20-30 hours per month. Second, the attorney will assist the
partners in handling medical cannabis matters, primarily drafting pleadings
and research memorandum.
